• Handling Customer’s / Call Centre Queries.• Intimating Problem Specimens to the Client, Sales Team, Call Centre, network and franchisee labs.• Resolving Problem Samples telephonically & by e-mails.• Replying to the Queries of Client/Sales Officers/Patient/Doctors / Call Centers through fax, telephone and Emails.

• Achieving monthly targets, and goal sheet.• Generating lead with the help of corporate activities • Meetings with the customer personally to understand their needs and collecting documents. • Planed and developed the procedures of company to increase the sales, obtain greater efficiency and lower the cost etc.

• Responsible for the coordination and supervision of the activities of branch office and review the activities to make sure that individual have achieved the sales quotes• Managing Teams and Tracking records and target of each individuals.• Making relationship with customer for reference.• Responsible for the maintenance of reports and documents of the client.

Started working for vodafone inbound call center . This is my 1st job which I started understanding the corporate world .
