Key Responsibilities:  Overseeing operations of Sharjah After-sales division. Directly managing 28 employees and budget of AED 1.10M / month.  Ensuring proper service techniques are used to increase revenue. Assisting team members mitigate and resolve issues.  Monitoring, Motivating and training all the staff members to give their optimum output Analyzing Customer Service values and Associate Engagement scores & initiate action plans. Ensuring customer complaints are actioned on a given time frame.  Analyzing the market trend and modifying business plans / strategies / new avenues for maximizing profitability & revenue generation. Participating in negotiations for business expansion and new business avenues. Ensure that the workshop equipment’s / lifts are maintained / calibrated to the highest safety standards to ensure an accident free environment.

Key Responsibilities: Overseeing operations of Ras-Al Khaimah After-sales division. Directly manage 14 employees and budget of AED 480K each month.  Visiting direct client’s / Fleet companies / Insurance Co.’s pitching for new accounts and ensured regular flow of vehicles by which the departments’ targets were met.

Key Responsibilities:  Overseeing the day to day operations of Sharjah After-sales division. Oversee that the branch budgeted targets are achieved on Net sales, Gross Margin and net profit.  Planning & forecasting monthly sales targets / revenue generation plan and preparing reports for the senior management and implementing corrective actions as required. Determining annual financial objectives, designing & implementing corrective actions and plans to overachieve the desired results.  Ensure proper service sales techniques are used to increase the daily sale and in turn ensure optimum department turnover and profits. Assisting team members and associates in all phases of their job description and provide them the tools to sell more ensure profitability of the department. Monitor, Motivate and train all the staff members to give their maximum output. Analyzing Customer Service values and Associate Engagement scores and implement an action plan to meet the corporate scores / targets. Ensure a fair and quick action on any customer complaints, inconveniences and misunderstanding, so as to maintain the customer satisfaction index above that of the manufacturer or the dealership average / target.  Ensure customer complaints are actioned on a given time frame on a win-win situation for both, the company as well as the customer. An action plan is agreed upon all the team members and is in place to achieve the desired results.  Liaising with area representative of Ministry / Department of Economy to resolve the customer issues amicably with minimum of hassles to both the parties.  Analyzing the market trend and modify business plans / strategies / new avenues for maximizing profitability & revenue generation. Participating in negotiations for business expansion and new business avenues. Re grouping the organization keeping in mind the optimum utilization of available resources.

Key Responsibilities. Receiving in coming vehicles for routine maintenance and repairs. Handling service and maintenance related enquiries over the phone. Made every effort to up sale additional accessories on CJD vehicles. Took initiative to resolve customer’s complaints to ensure higher FRFT percentage and enhance customer satisfaction. Regular follow up with the workshop controllers to ensure the workshop is loaded to the capacity. Educate and impart training to juniors on various aspects of the vehicle and performance. Regular follow up with parts on the VOR orders to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities. Ensure the vehicles are tested for the completion of the jobs properly and the customer queries have been attended. Ensured all the vehicles are cleaned before it is being delivered to customer. Assist Service Advisors during rush hour and doubling as a Service Advisor. Advice and up sale any additional work observed during the final inspection. Advice Service Advisors on the applicability of various accessories.

Key Responsibilities. Ensure the vehicles given to me by the supervisor are properly taken care off and repaired within the stipulated time given. Diagnose and troubles shoot various customer complaints on the vehicle. Update Supervisor or Service Advisor of any additional job found during the service. Ensured all the vehicles are put for washing after completion of the jobs mentioned. Advice and prioritize any safety related work to the customer if required.  Advice Service Advisors on the applicability of various accessories.

Key Responsibilities. Allocation of proper distribution of work to the technicians to ensure highest productivity and efficiency of the technicians. Doing a final quality inspection of the vehicle completed to enhance customer satisfaction. Doing up sale by taking on additional work approval for repairs found during the routine maintenance. Update Workshop Manager daily on the workshop activities and productivity. Advice Service Advisors on the applicability of various accessories.
