Preparing the Credit Appraisal Memo and putting up the proposal to the Risk Team for sanctioning. • Assisting credit team in risk and financial evaluation of the proposals and ensuring hygiene of the existing client relationship portfolio. • Ensuring documents adherence to scheme’s specification. • Coordinating with Risk team and customer for processing the proposal within minimum TAT.

• Coordinating day to day operations with partner Bank ensuring quality credit service delivery to the clients within prescribed TAT.• Preparation and monitoring of annual budgets. Participate in budget presentation meetings with departmental heads.• Analyzing monthly performance of Branches and performing cost-benefit analysis before setting up any new branch.• Formulation and modification of policies and procedure.• Initiated discussion with various banks for partnership, meeting the senior management of banks and discussing the proposal and roadmap for implementation
