➢ Fabrication, Blasting & Painting, Visual Inspection, Erection, Mechanical clearance, Hydro testing & Commissioning of Piping System. ➢ Preparation of ISOMETRIC drawing w.r.t. G. A. Drawing. ➢ Providing technical advice, supervise and coordinate fabrication & erection activities executed by contractor. ➢ Align fabrication activities taking into account erection front at site ➢ Support Construction manager in the area of project controls, Safety, Quality, Material and Administration. ➢ Highlight the field problem, hindrance & deviation at site. ➢ Stage wise inspection , witness and surveillance at site as per approved QA plans ➢ Witness test related to blasting and painting- Profile, WFT, DFT, Holiday test, UT, RT. ➢ Monitoring quality activities at site ➢ Making execution plan of job and do all activities to achieve the targets if fails to achieve then conclude the reason behind and solve the same. ➢ Monitoring plan day to day basis and providing the requirement of job like manpower, contractor, machinery etc. ➢ Company Billing as well as Contractor billing as per contracts. ➢ Final Reconciliation. ➢ Execution of works as per Job safety Analysis. ➢ Having regular meeting with consultant & contractors for the smooth running of project. ➢ Identifying requirement for new modifications / new constructions and prepare variation documents ➢ Coordinating and monitoring of all sub contractors work closely to ensure the quality . ➢ Handled client inquiries and management of site. ➢ Knowledge of Shutdown activities. ➢ Fire fighting all UG ,AG piping works
