Wr were incubated at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore supported by Michael & Susan Dell Foundation & Nudge Foundation supported by Mphasis & Omidyar. We are developing hyperlocal athletics ecosystem to sustainably produce the fastest athletes from remote communities of Uttra Kannada district, Karnataka.We have identified and nurtured children from this region who were barefoot runners - to break state, national and university records. They have become the fastest athletes of Karnataka, India and Asia. Our first athlete (2019) won her first international medal for India along with finishing 4th fastest in Asia at the Asian junior athletic championships in 2023. With 15+ partners around the world we are currently working on the Toofan project which will nurture athletes from this community to represent India at Asian Youth Games, Youth Olympics, Asian and World Junior Championships and Olympics in the next 5 years.
