I am a certified ISTQB, SAFe Agilist, and SAFe Scrum Master, and I have a strong expertise in software testing and quality assurance tools and methodologies.As a test manager, I have successfully delivered multiple projects across various domains, such as healthcare, GRC, investment management, and credit card. I have designed and developed several test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java and C#, and implemented BDD and keyword-driven approaches for test automation. I have also performed functional, integration, system, sanity, smoke, and regression testing, and managed defect logging and tracking using Bugzilla, JIRA, and HPALM.As a performance manager, I have overseen multiple personnel and provided coaching and mentorship to individuals. I have also conducted candidate interviews and software testing training for recruitment and development purposes.
