In my current role as a Supply Chain Manager at Centro (Reliance Retail Ltd.), I have been responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process. This includes managing retail operations, stock management, inward and outward process handling, register maintenance, NSM consumption, SIH, inward, and optional report handling. I have also been involved in transporter management and allocation. With around 4 years of experience in this role, I have developed strong skills in managing and optimizing supply chain operations.

SCM, due to better communication skill and computer knowledge I just got directly hired as a permanent staff, generally they hire temporary staff then apprentice then according to the performance they promoted as permanent staff ; But I directly hired permanent where I learnt lot of skill and SOP to manage the inventory and skill to manage shrinkage, covering shrinkage, inward and outward of stock handling transporter, creating delivery, PO, SO, Advance excel etc.
