EHS incharge in Bullet Train Project (MASHR)

1. Ensure legal Compliances and submission of Agreed Action Plan to the Client2. Review and liaise with client regarding consent of Batching Plants and their compliances3. Ensure proper disposal of waste water and bio waste generated at project site.4. To organize in workshop and seminar related to environment, health and Safety5. To guide HSE Team for implementation of Environmental Management Plan at the working sites.6. Plan and conduct Internal Environment Management training programs in consultation with EHS Director and Project Manager.7. Convening weekly & SHE Committee meeting and minute the proceedings for circulation & follow-up action.8. Monitor to Execution Engineer & co-ordinate for Internal management System on working sites.

Provide necessary advice, information and support to concern to the effective implementation of the Environment, Safety & Health Management Plan & requirements.12. Plan and conduct Internal Environment Management training programs in consultation with Chief Project Manager and HSE-Head, initiate drive to promote awareness and performance

Responsibility:-• Review and submission of Environmental Monitoring Report to DFCCIL.• Compliance submission of Agreed Action Plan to the Client.• Review and submission of Monthly Environmental Report to DFCCIL.• Responsibility of approval, opening and closing of the huge no. of borrow pit for DFCC project.• Review and liaise with client regarding consent of Batching Plants and their compliances.• Implementation of EMP at the working site.

My Responsibility:-• Review and providing assistance in identification of the projects in conformity with the agreed selection and prioritization criteria including the Social, Environmental and Vulnerability Frameworks (ESMF).• Twenty percent (20%) DPR checking of various rural road of Rajasthan• Review, through sample field visits and desk studies of sample DPRs, site investigations, selection of alignments, including designs of cross-drainage works and drainage, use of local materials, management of social and environment aspects.• Five present (5%) on site checking during construction period.• Interaction with Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs), Contractors, and other stake holders regarding awareness of environmental issues and organising workshop among PIU staff members and villagers.
