Working for Cisco Project As Technical Specialist for Business process Automation. I am responsible for deployment of BPA on k8s multi master cluster for on-prem and on EKS for aws cloud.Responsible for troubleshoot code related issue, cluster related problem.Responsible to understand customer requirement and provide solution w.r.t to cluster and cloud.Along with this responsible to train new joinee and support cross team in getting local environment setup done for development.

• Testing UC cases Sprint wise.• Raising defects to RD on JIRA• Integration of the releases on Live customer setup• Support BIOMETRIC solution deployed for MFA at various nationalized banks• Stagging• Support Digital lab and work closely with development team.• Troubleshooting and analyzing http error codes, apache , modjk, apj interfaces• Deployment of IDEMIA Identity solutions on customer premises and on cloud• Testing of the version release

• Work to resolve escalated production issues as per the SLA’s on Redknee Unified Solution and Mediation.• Advanced Troubleshooting at Java code level / thread dumps / Garbage Collection logs / performance/operation measurements and Application debug logs/event records.• Support Lab ownership and interface to RND organization.• Own Root Cause Analysis of Critical issues.• Raise defects with RND and prioritize business impacting issues for MR.• Accurately and completes document work and major contributions to knowledge base.• Review and modification of Standard procedure for upgrades / Configuration changes / Maintenance activities and knowledge Articles.• Mentorship of less experienced TSA.
