With over eight years of work experience in various teaching roles, I am an educator with a passion for helping students achieve their academic and personal goals. My latest role was as an Instructor at Bright Steps Learning Center, where I design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for students of different ages and levels. I worked as a Team leader for other instructors helping them create the required curriculum. I also worked at Spirit of Math as Math Instructor and HOD, also managing the administrative side of the institute. I have a Master of Education specializing in Educational Psychology and Leadership & Administration , a Bachelor of Laws, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, which gives me a unique and diverse perspective on various subjects and disciplines. I also have skills in constructive feedback, mentorship, classroom management, teacher training and intercultural development, which enable me to support the holistic development of my students and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. I am motivated by the mission of providing quality education to all learners, and I strive to bring my expertise, enthusiasm, and creativity to the team.
