At exicom Energy Systems, I serve as a Engineer where my primary responsibilities involve conducting detailed root cause analysis (RCA) of faulty lithium-ion batteries to ensure optimal performance. I also prepare thorough documentation to support field engineers in understanding and resolving technical issues effectively. In addition to monitoring the smooth operation of batteries and DC chargers once deployed to customers, I provide technical assistance to field engineers, addressing both hardware and software concerns. Furthermore, I have designed and developed custom jigs and testing setups to improve the accuracy of testing procedures for batteries , contributing to enhanced system reliability.I have a strong engineering background, having completed a diploma in Mechatronics Engineering. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in the same field from BITS Pilani, further strengthening my technical expertise and ability to contribute to advanced energy solutions.
