Jira administration, Jira installation, and maintenance of Jira environments.. JIRA and Confluence User management (users, roles, groups).. Create and keep up custom JIRA workflows based upon business requirements.. Configuration of Atlassian Confluence and integrating it with JIRA workflows.. Implementing Kanban and Scrum boards for Agile teams.. Administration & configuration of different add-ons like Jira Portfolio, Tempo Budgets (formerly Folio), Tempo Planner, Tempo Timesheet, Structure for Jira, Scriptrunner for Jira, Insight for Jira.. Working with all territories of an association to use Jira and its numerous plugins based on the specific needs of all users.. Create metric dashboards in JIRA to give business authority (Non-technical business leaders) with performance metrics and reports.
