As member of the Enterprise Architecture team provided consulting services on high visibility projects, performed architectural reviews, product evaluations and promoted sharing of best practices across the enterprise. Was engaged for 2yrs on the Enterprise Decision Engine (EDE) project, one of the top 4 initiatives for the bank to consolidate credit decisioning across all lines of business onto a single platform. In a lead architecture role, I helped obtain approval for technical feasiblity and implementation plan. Negotiated effectively with 4 lines of business to buy into a federated architecture and led a set of partner teams to deliver the Home Loans EDE solution.Helped organize topics, presentations and speakers for a 2-day, 30 sessions, 3 track “Developer’s Forum” that attracted ~300 developers across all business units at the bank to share best practices.

Defined the solution architecture and led the development effort of an enterprise integration project to build centralized customer information services to help achieve compliance with HIPPA regulations. The solution successfully created an enterprise customer view by centralizing patient prescription data from local in-store systems, and facilitated centralized drug interaction and targeted marketing services.

In a managing consultant role, provided architecture and development expertise to various Xpedior clients. My largest engagement was for 3.5 years at the Superior Court of California, Alameda County, where I led the architecture, development and operations teams on an award winning system called DOMAIN that managed the entire civil and small claims case lifecycle.DOMAIN was rolled out in 15 releases to 21 locations over an 18 month period, while tripling functionality. The rollout was completed on schedule in June ‘99 prior to the Y2K deadline. It won the California Judicial Council’s prestigious Ralph Kleps Award in ‘98 and a Computerworld Smithsonian Laureate medal in ‘99
