I have joined in Renukoot alumina refinery as GET in 1987, worked in projects, operations and technical areas, was a part of refinery up gradation projects( production enhancement from 0.3 to 0.7 mmtpa) like, digestion circuit up gradation, project sunshine, conversion of batch to continuous precipitation circuit. Elevated to the level of Production head. Developed self in areas of people management, project management. By Strong operational IQ, ability to drive the team towards higher results and people connect traits, I got transferred to Muri refinery as unit head in 2015. In muri I developed the skills of handling community affairs along with plant. Drove team to achieve production from 0.32 to 0.37 mmtpa by operational excellence and maintenance discipline.Got transferred to Renukoot alumina refinery as plant head in Oct-2021, driving the parivartan way of working and implementation of PBS structure in the refinery. Driving the major capex projects for efficiency enhancement.
