• Responsibility to manage 6 location various site in DR Congo, all site manager direct reporting to DPM.• Total UN Troop strength in DRC is 13440 and feeding quantity is 812,206.668 Tonnage every periodically (Monthly)• Annual turnover of project is 1.3 billion Included Ration/Fuel and logistic.• Monthly Average Inbound trucks is 55 which is direct from Mombasa port to DRC and manage clearance process incorporate with Local agent and legal authorities.• Obtain the waiver approval for UNSTD variance. • Obtain the Note Verbal, ASD and FXI for all the Shipments• Manage outbound Logistic monthly average deliveries and Inter warehouse transfer is 40 trucks.• Review monthly expenses and implement cost savings measures with a focus on transport, fuel, spare parts, stores, stationaries, consumable, and equipment.• Manage Operation Staffs under my supervision in 32 International and 149 National staffs and monitoring daily operational KPI’s.• Manage Logistics staffs 13 International staffs and 40 National drivers.• Monitor UN requisition trends and notify the management any major discrepancies to avoid the excess or deficiencies.

• Implementing, enforcing & evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving the product, equipment utilisation and shipping• Ensuring availability & delivery of right quality materials at the right time, price and terms and devising efficient Logistics Management System to ensure delivery of the shipments as per committed timelines• Preparing & monitoring material dispatching/receiving documents, submitting weekly received shipments status and so on• Leading logistics operations involving coordination with freight forwarders, transporters, C&F agents, and other external agencies to achieve seamless transport solutions• Directing inventory replenishment process, generating revenue, streamlining procedures, and preparing SOP for smooth operations.

Handling Transportation INBOUND and OUTBOUND containers, arranging containers as per the delivery plan for 36 contingents (22,000) strength. And weekly container inventory report to PM.

In charge of distributing of food ration to all D.R.Congo mission in UN fifty (55) battalions over Seventeen thousand (17000) strength and supervising internationals and local employees which entail:Procuring, Ordering, Distribution of food stuffs to the Military Units against their requisition. Preparing Delivery Note, Invoice, Stock Report, Monthly Report, Receipts and supervise the overall supply and processing of mission shipments on a daily basis.Take responsibility for maintenance of accurate and complete records with respect to all food supply and equipment and stores received, stored and distributed by the company.Review delivery manifest and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness; undertake appropriate follow-up actions.Prepare Receiving and Inspection (R & I) Reports for submission to Procurement Unit.Manage and ensure that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are maintained with computer applications.Establish and review company requirements by initiating actions to fulfill and control supplies.Issuing the goods to the military units under strict verification. Supervising the warehouse management and stock taking. Training junior and new staff. Reporting the activities to the concerned department. Managing field supply delivery operations.Perform other related work as required.In charge of sales of the electronic goods supervising six (12) other employees which entail: Managing, Pricing, Marketing, Procuring and sales of goods.Dealing with clients, convincing the right customer. Leading a group of field executives, and monitoring the sales.Creating more business volume. Managing the retail Shop and the store. Supervising the warehouse management and stock taking. Training junior and new staff. Managing field supply delivery operations.Perform other related work as requiredReporting the activities to the concerned department.

 Ensure all Warehouse equipment is operational & that sufficient equipment is on hand to handle daily work load. Liaise with vendors regarding the ordering of leased trucks.  Build relationship with drivers and vendors to increase efficiency.  Assist in planning the dispatching operations for every week Study the routing of all trucks to ensure full knowledge of supply chain. Ensure that employees handle their tasks correctly and efficiently Intervene in operations when required Performs other duties and responsibilities as required Ensuring that all paperwork is returned in timely manner
