• Evaluate the incoming accounts to assign an implantation level and the respective implanter.• Monitor the analyst to give him Coaching.• Support the analyst in the parameterization of the client's business process.• Carry out detailed follow-ups on the progress of the implantations assigned to the personnel assigned to the coordination, in each of its stages.• Perform quality and parameter monitoring in the records of the activities carried out and recorded by the functional and logistics analysts of services.• Guarantee the adequate allocation of services to analysts for their subsequent confirmation and execution.• Guarantee the execution of confirmation of visits to clients under the defined parameters.• Execute the qualification process of the situations registered by the analysts: review of the hours executed to invoice the customer service; per diem approval.• Review and process the follow-ups carried out by the service logistics analysts.• Ensure compliance with the implementation methodology.• Manage claims.• Prepare monthly management reports.

• Respond to queries requested by analysts Customer Service.• Identify opportunities, strengths, and weaknesses in customer service analysts.• Execute tutoring process for analysts Customer Service, in cases that warrant tutoring such as: new entry staff, Profit plus migration to SQL, implementation.• Identify opportunities for improvement in Customer Service processes.• Run special training sessions.• Dictate internal Training Courses and Feedback Sessions related to business processes, Profit plus products, technical topics, functional topics, among others.• To be a “pioneer” in the training of Analysts and Consultants before the release of new Profit Plus products.• Participate in projects to improve service processes, innovation of service processes and Profit Plus products.

• Implementation of ERP Systems.• Standardization of Administrative, Manufacturing, Accounting and Payroll processes.• Provide support to users during the implementation process.• Execution of Product Tests.• Training for internal staff in the Profit Plus Product Suite.• Control and monitoring of systems implementation projects in end customers.
