• Project & Residential Material Orders, Match Material Order & Packing Slip /Order Confirmation• Shipping and Receiving: Receive, Log and Circulate Material Orders• Receive, process, follow up and verify the accuracy of material orders fromsite foreman• Collaboration with site foreman and suppliers for receiving and ongoingorders• Create PO from order confirmation, using Sage, on hold• Coordinated resources across multiple departments to ensure successfulimplementation of projects.• Provided technical guidance throughout the entire life cycle of projectsensuring they remain on track.• Recommended department workflow and process improvements to projectmanager and leadership.• Review Shop drawings

Work Orders: Reviewing Work Orders returned, Inputting Work requests and based onthe information provided in the Work Order. Track Purchase Orders against Work Ordersand updating schedules to ensure all departments are up to date. Monitor schedulescontinually. Maintaining Daily log; Daily events and keynotes logged in a crossoverformat to be shared with other departments and crews. Ensure ERP is accurate with jobswith scheduling and status, updating notes from Work Orders, or Supervisors. Work withthe Parts Coordinator to verify staging locations, Work with the Planner and PartsCoordinator to manage inventory recording and management of parts on a weekly basis

• Lay out, wire and assemble panel to finish, installing all necessary optionsas detailed, using hand and power tools• Terminate wires followed by point-to-point testing• Conduct final test procedures on finished product and document results• Adhere to current electrical legislation• Perform daily operator maintenance checks on equipment and reportconcerns• Inform Unit Leader/Team Leader of all stock shortages, quality anddowntime issues• Identify and document improvement opportunities using establishedprocesses• Perform documented quality assurance inspections• Implement and maintain 5S housekeeping principles.
