I am an Order-to-Cash (OTC) professional with 2+ years of experience in streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency. I began my career as a Process Associate at HTC Global Services, where I contributed to the Fortinet project. In this role, I was responsible for sales order processing, which involved receiving customer purchase orders (PO), verifying product availability and pricing, and ensuring all details aligned with customer requests.Once the sales orders were verified, I managed the booking process, confirming orders in the system and ensuring readiness for fulfillment. This commitment of inventory and resources allowed us to initiate subsequent processes such as shipping and invoicing seamlessly.Currently, I am working at HCLTech as an Associate on the Xerox project. In my role, I continue to focus on the OTC process, creating sales orders from purchase orders and managing shipping and delivery.
