I have a background in order management . I've spent 1 year 4 months working in process associate, where I've developed a strong skill set in oracle and Salesforce.In the beginning I had worked in order entry team. We received orders from client via email and enter the Purchase Order in oracle. Validate the reseller & end-user path then load the CPQ or quote to complete the order. After 8 months Moving from an entry-level team to a more advanced role, Booking team. The Booking Team holds a pivotal role in order management. We are responsible for receiving, verifying, and processing incoming orders accurately and efficiently. Our tasks often include confirming order details,and resolving any issues that may arise during the booking process. Ultimately, their goal is to ensure that orders are processed smoothly and delivered to customers on time, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
