CurrentDetermine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.Involve in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview, stakeholder connect, HR discussion, documentation, and onboarding).Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistics are in place and that the process runs smoothly.Communicate job offers to candidates, answer questions, and negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms as needed.Ensure smooth transition of candidates from offer acceptance to onboarding, including preparing necessary paperwork, coordinating start dates, and handling any pre-employment requirements.Provide regular updates and reports on recruiting metrics to HR leadership and hiring managers.Maintain candidate confidentiality and protect sensitive information throughout the hiring process.
