I am currently working as a senior system Engineer in infosys for 2 plus years. I have worked on three projects involving technologies like UC4 administration, SQL and ASP.Net MVC.I have worked on tasks like Creating and Scheduling jobs as per customer requirements,worked with complex job plans and calendar conditions,monitored job executions and provided reports and statuses as per the requirements.I have debugged issues with the jobs related to memory/Schedule timings and resolved them.I have handled mass job maintenance activities and change requests and interacted with customer and dependent teams to understand the requirements and implemented the same.I have worked on periodic maintenance of UC4 servers, user and access management and year end activities and Created, debugged and monitored SQL stored procedures.I have Performed work schedule and Datahub reconciliations and solved mismatches in my SQL project. I have Worked on C# Application development and Created Test Cases.I have worked on ServiceNow Ticketing tool. I am really good at time management and have received appreciation for on time delivery of tasks and resolution of incidents. I am currently doing UC4 certification provided by Broadcom.
