Business Analyst
Current• Conduct meetings including requirement gathering, project kickoff, and presenting business proposals to client• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to define scope, milestones, strategies, and schedule• Prepare wireframe document for business review• Work with architect and developers to implement business rules• Present status reports to relevant stakeholders on intermediate milestones• Develop and document comprehensive testing plan including traceability matrix • Conduct functional testing, unit testing and integration testing including payment gateway testing between application and financial institution• Give application demo to clients• Conduct application training sessions with end users• Provide critical support during Go-Live and Hyper care period• Maintain support tickets and ensure the SLA is being met• Troubleshoot with end user and engage technical teams as necessary• Develop and document Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for business users.
