CurrentLead Talent Acquisition for Srei group companies.Lead HR practices across the group as second in command to Group HR Head Drive & implement best in class talent acquisition practices in collaboration with human resources and business leaders. Develop and execute strategies, services and activities to support current and future talent acquisition needs of the businesses. Lead KRA, JD drive across different business.Design and roll out Talent Acquisition related system & policies. Develop and Implement Induction / Orientation program for new entrants. Work directly with Group Human Resource Head to ensure new policies, processes, tools, etc. are communicated to the end users in an accurate and timely manner. Manage campus recruiting programs on behalf of group companies.
