- Working for the EMEA Region of IMS – A US Based Market Research Company with its sister concerns world-wide.- ERP used - SAP.- Currently handling 3 countries - Germany, Switzerland & UK.- Direct point of contact for Clients.Accountabilities:- Handling the GL Financial & Accounting services covering daily as well as month end activities:- Bank postings & reconciliation.- Balance sheet reconciliation by using the Blackline Reconciliation tool.- Preparing & passing Journal Entries including IC transfers.- Accrual Analysis & Postings.- Prepaid amortization & WIP entries.- Analysis, Calculation & Billing of T&E Expenses – Sent to the AR Team.- Revaluation Run.- Close co-ordination with the AP Team in case of discrepancies & issues.-Extracting reports, prepare & present performance summary in the monthly calls with respective LBUs.- Performing Quality checks for the team members & doing error analysis.- Cross-training within the team & also training the new team members.- Identifying process improvements & execution of the same.- Preparing dash-board for bi-monthly management call with the Client, by collating data from 2 delivery centers (8 teams).- Involved in the German recruitment activities for the project.- Developing & maintaining disaster recovery / business continuity plan by having proper back-ups in place.

Then worked as the Assistant Work Group Coordinator.- Direct point of contact for Clients internal and external.Accountabilities:- Administer the profiles of the employees of Deutsche Bank worldwide.- Assigning work to the team and training the new team members.- Streamlining the process and handling escalations.- Tracking the performance of the team members and taking necessary measures to update the knowledge and improve their performance. - Motivate the team members to help achieve optimum quality output.- Creating reports required by the client and the management.- Involved in the recruitment activities for the project.- Assisted the Work Group Coordinator in internal/external ISO Audit for our project.
