Currently working as a Plan Coordination Consultant (PCC) at INFOSYS BPM Mysore in a US based Healthcare Project. The PCC has the following responsibilities: • ​The primary responsibility are o Code Plan Sponsor information into the Policy Entry Reporting System (PE/RS)o Code medical benefits into the Policy Entry Reporting System (PE/RS)o Code vision benefits into the Policy Entry Reporting System (PE/RS) (see note below)• Verifying system availability for the customer's account structure• Assist with creating account structure• Identify sold Benefit Identification Code (BIC)-Sequences and Network IDs • Translating sold case installation document into:o Appropriate provisions and line values that appear in Web Customer Coverage Inquiry (CCI) as well as feed to Automated Claim Adjudication System (ACAS) • Apply federal and/or state legislation• Completing and/or distributing plan set up documents and forms• Upload additional case file documentation into the document storage systemo Large Group Intake Tool (LGIT)o FileNet• Participate in benefit reviews
