Niveen Eid is a Lecturer of Management at Birzeit University / Palestine. Niveen teaches core business and marketing courses for undergraduate and graduate students. She completed her first MBA degree from Birzeit University and a second Msc. in organisation studies & HRM from the university of Essex (UK). While taking a critical research approach, Niveen has published journal articles in the areas of social enterprise management, social entrepreneurship, servant leadership, strategy, business ethics & social responsibility. She is also a business trainer and consultant. Her research areas of interest include: organization studies, critical theory, social entrepreneurship, case study research, institutional theory, ethics & social responsibility, and HRM.
