About Nives Ilic

As a Program Coordinator at The Ottawa Mission, I lead two addictions and mental health programs that focus on harm reduction, recovery, and community integration. I have ten years of experience in the non-profit sector, including six years of experience in program management.I have successfully implemented changes to various programs that have made them more inclusive, client-centered, and housing-focused. This includes the changing and diversification of program eligibility criteria, the provision of naloxone kits and drug checking services, and the creation of a new referral procedure for clients who have relapsed in abstinence-based programs.
