Create an Internal Memo related to employee welfare such as meal allowances, joballowances, marriage allowance, then submitted to the finance department4. Create and ensure billing reports for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatanrunning correctly and distributing these reports to related users5. Assist in the process of regular training activities and employee selection in accordancewith the standards and SOPs that have been determined6. Make Employee News every 2 months7. Organization Development, making job descriptions and KPIs for all departments.
