Nicholas I. He has over eight years of experience in advancing profiles and brands through highly efficient and effective event management, strategic visioning, and image consulting.As the founder and principal of NIW Design, he offers client-centered services to a wide range of organizations and individuals, from the NAACP Image Awards and the National Coalition of Black Meeting Professionals, to the 4 The Culture Brunch and the Newark Boys Chorus School. He is passionate about creating spaces and opportunities for creators, entrepreneurs, and influencers to network and connect around Black culture. He is also a senior advisor to the chairman of the NAACP Image Awards Committee, a volunteer body that helps ensure the show's success. He leverages his skills in community relations, public relations, and fundraising to support causes and initiatives that promote social justice, diversity, and inclusion.
