At Billard Leece Partnership, my executive role is to develop and execute purpose-led strategy, and promote architectural and design thinking across our social infrastructure projects in Australia and globally.Recently we took the opportunity to look again at our purpose as an organisation. After a creative and productive consultation, we affirmed our purpose to 'design for a healthy world'.Before BLP, I was Strategy Director at Monogram Partners, where we created brand experiences, developed strategy and innovation frameworks, and supported growing businesses and organisations. Previously, I ran my brand consultancy, Nixon Counsel, with clients in tourism, property, professional services, government, the arts, and NFP sectors, also taking time to tutor in brand and identity for Communication Design students at the University of Swinburne.My creative career began with an Honours degree in Architecture from the University of Melbourne. From there, I transferred my architectural training into multi-disciplinary design and strategic brand agencies in Sydney and Melbourne, working with clients across Australia and Asia. Highlights include working with Qantas, Samsung, Tourism Victoria, launching well-known airline, Jetstar, and designing environmental graphics & wayfinding for large scale new developments, IFC tower Hong Kong, & Singapore Expo.Focus: leadership, strategic planning, innovation, brand strategy, product development, creative strategy, design management, integrated marketing, and communications.
