In my previous roles, I oversaw 25+ software development, implementation, and maintenance projects ranging from 15 to 50 million USD in value deploying multiple software technologies and managing global teams spread across India, Brazil, USA, Israel, Europe, Middle East, and Singapore. My expertise lies in Government Affairs, Healthcare Informatics & MedTech Product Development, with experience spanning across Enterprise EMR systems, CPOE, Pharmacy, RIS, CIS, PACS, CVIS, Interoperability Systems, NM, CT & US advanced visualization systems, BI, AI, VR systems, Tele-Medicine & Digital Therapeutic solutions, as well as departmental, practice management, and workflow automation systems.I have a proven track record of establishing global greenfield software development teams comprising engineering & clinical talent (Doctors/Nurses/Pharmacists), scaling them rapidly (up to 200+), and leading them to high-performance delivery.
