• As Tech Lead, lead and manage an engineering team of 6 to reach Apple’s strategic goal of increasing revenue and expanding into emerging markets by building and consolidating retail and sales channels apps for both existing and new product lines, leading to successful implementation of Internet applications for Apple global audience. • Collaborate with vendors, channel partners, and Apple retail and sales business operations teams from Europe, Greater China, Southeast Asia, Latin America, India, etc., through organizing weekly staff meetings and managing shared documentation.

• As Founder, identified Apple Café’s significant delays in food service to Apple’s 16,000 employees, leading to employee downtime and inefficiencies; invented technical solutions to minimize food delivery time to employees while increasing employee productivity. Pitched ideas to senior management, recruited a team of 3 engineers and 1 designer to work voluntarily in off hours. Led team to develop iOS apps to streamline food order, pickup, and payment process at Apple Cafés and improve employee productivity, resulting in raising $1.12 million in funding from Apple Inc. to continuing development.

• Led a development team of 4 to architect and implement Web solution DeviceLink that provides a streamlined user login and device pairing for Smart TVs, gaming consoles, and set-top boxes to contribute to Disney’s strategic goal of providing fun and exciting products, increasing market share, and maximizing earnings, contributing to $2 billion revenue increase.• Presented “Mobile & Video Solutions” as guest speaker at Walt Disney API Summit to advance Disney’s technical objective in mobile platform and strengthen Disney’s position as world’s leading producer and provider of entertainment and information.• Represented Disney at biweekly World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) conference calls to define next generation Internet standards to increase security and privacy, protect intellectual properties, and ensure long-term growth for the Web.• Led 2 engineers to consolidated secure video solution and device profiling service, resulting saving between $3 million and $5 million software spending for 12 Disney subsidiaries.• Interacted with businesses, including ESPN, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Organization, and Disney Publish Worldwide to review business requirements, specifications, and expenses and provided comprehensive development strategies.• Received Long Term Incentive Award as top performer.
