Niya is a passionate storyteller dedicated to creating inclusive and diverse narratives for young readers. Her children's book, The Adventures of Mansa & YaYa: The Library Quest, has been recognized as a finalist for the Black Authors Matter Children's Book Award, an honor that celebrates and uplifts the voices of Black authors in children's literature. Through her work, Niya aims to inspire young people to have confidence, promote cultural representation, and foster a love for reading in every child's heart.In addition to authorship, Niya embraces the pivotal role that parents play in early childhood education to foster lifelong learning. Niya’s entrepreneurial spirit and creativity are brought to life in the custom learning resources that she creates to extend education beyond the classroom
