Noble Hire is a referral based job board connecting the world’s most promising tech talent with cutting edge companies.The company officially launched the Bulgarian job board in April 2019, starting with the profiles of more than 25 of the best tech companies in Sofia. As the head of marketing, my goal was to find alternative solutions in exploiting traditional marketing channels in order to create recognition for Noble Hire and drive traffic to existing open positions in the job board. The marketing team was concentrated on leveraging influencer relationships in the tech industry and building strong affiliate partnerships. The main focus during my time at Noble Hire was community building within the tech sector.

The famous Berlin drink took over the streets of Bulgaria! I was part of the team in managing, distributing and promoting Club-Mate in the country. I took care of the social media accounts, and worked extensively on Club-Mate's participation in events and festivals accross the country. As Club-Mate's manifesto is always about the community it builds around it, our work was mainly to build and support that community. Therefore, we called ourselves - "the pirates".
