Assure SAP record of equipment’s are maintained properly. Conduct yearly audit in each branch to confirm the GASCO standards are followed. - Implementation of Quality System and System Procedure Effectively in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, Schedule Q and SAEP-1150. Prepare bi-weekly PQD, monthly PQI, PII, and Monthly Quality Report. Ensure timely closure all non-conformities by follow up in weekly meetings. Consolidate PID Inspector’s weekly QMIS data and report. Prepare weekly highlight. Administration jobs. Coordinate monthly communication meeting. Follow up with GIS contractor for timely mobilization, demobilization and plant access requirements. Manage and validate the corrective and preventive action system. Review and validate supplier issued QA/QC documents. Monitor and audit the QA/QC activities performed by the Sub-Contractor. Establish and implement the reporting System for the QA/QC Department. Ensure PID surveillance ratio is maintaining and all activities are under PID surveillance. Participate in establishment of quality documentation for the Project’s Procurement. Establish and maintain Quality Records in conformance with contractual terms. Track CBT status of Contractor’s Inspectors.

- Reports to Senior Supervisor Projects QA/QC and execute all QA/QC Activities pertaining to Projects and Shops. Attends Project Kick-off Meetings, develop Inspection Test Plans and Implement in a timely fashion. Weld Reject Rates are monitored and investigated for root cause, and remedial recommendations are offered. Schedule Inspection work activities for the different contractors and monitor daily progress to ensure that all works are completed as per standards and deadlines.
