Nia’s ability to receive, process and put into practice the training we provided allowed her to get deeply involved in some key projects for our customers marketing and sales campaigns. She worked on a project centered in SalesForce, one in Excel and a major new product campaign in which she researched and created a customer prospect database, which was extracted from our own proprietary software based in the Cisco Network Registrar protocol and software. Above and beyond that, Nia was a creative personality in the office. Her ideas during our open discussions had an excellent and practical simplicity to them without sacrificing any content or information; in short, she knew the best and most effective way to deliver information. With this accompanied by her congenial personality, it was an easy thing to include her in some customer meetings and internal projects without the worries that come with bringing in someone new or an inexperienced intern. She is astute at taking instruction and has proven to be a fast learner with an aptitude towards software.
