Growing up, I was immersed in the world of business from a young age. My father owned a Doner kebab manufacturing business, and I was always eager to be involved, though I was deemed too young for the processing plant.In 2020, amidst the challenges of the Covid pandemic, I faced the loss of my father. While I was managing Smash Signs Ltd at the time, his business unfortunately ceased operations after his passing.Determined to honour my father’s legacy, I founded Niyazis Ltd with the goal of keeping his memory alive. Instead of focusing solely on Doner kebabs, we expanded into a comprehensive food service model, providing customers with a wide range of products. Through competitive pricing, strong customer relationships, and collaborative partnerships with suppliers, we have established Niyazis Ltd as a significant player in the wholesale food service sector over the past three years.Running Niyazis Ltd has not only honed my skills in financial and personnel management but has also provided invaluable lessons in negotiation, applicable not just in business but also in personal and family contexts.
