Current- Joined Google Operations Center as an Operations Manager for the Compliance Audit Operations Team- Promoted as L2 Manager and started managing 2 major workflows with 180+ specialized HC (QAs & Above)- Both the processes involved specialized support operations for large scale operations teams (3000+ HC)- Managing L1 managers- Handled Goal Setting for multiple levels including managerial roles- Program managed new launches and tool migrations successfully- Prepared BRDs for tooling and infra development- Implemented new QA framework to improve the quality by 70%- Implemented new audit strategies to meet customer requirements- Partnered with the Eng Team in developing a robust infra that could cater the dynamic requirements of the team- Designed and developed Global Governance Dashboards that eliminated the need of complex reporting structure.
