Niyi in the last 23 years has worked in different industries in various capacities, that is, an International SME-focused NGO (founded and funded by IFC, a member of the World Bank Group), Aviation services and Airline, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company, Business Consulting, and Auditing Firm.A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Member of Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN), Certified Capital Market Operator (CMO), and Certified Business Development Service Provider (BDSP).He has several years of professional hands-on experience in business advisory and consulting, an expert in financial and business management, auditing and compliance, budget and treasury management. He is a trainer with expertise in curriculum development, and an astute tax and human resource manager. Over the years, he has been exposed to strategic planning and decision-making. He is a turnaround manager with practical experience. He is the Managing Partner and Team Lead, Business Advisory and Compliance of N.A. Samuelson Business Consult, an Accounting and Taxation practice. He is also the Managing Director of Hans & Danielson Consulting Limited, a business consulting firm in Ikeja, Lagos.Niyi was a Finance expert on World Bank Growth and Employment (GEM) project and trainer and consultant with Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF). He teaches Finance and Taxation at the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) of Lagos Business School/ Pan- Atlantic University and Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI).He is an accounting graduate and a holder of Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management and Master Business Administration (MBA). He is an alumnus of Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, University of Calabar, Lagos Business School, and University of Suffolk, England. He is pursuing is Doctorate from Rome Business School.
