- Handle full set of account and analyze management account while monitoring financial details to ensure legal compliance.- Maintain accurate and strong control of company cash flow to ensure sufficient fund to cover operation cost.- Proactively identified potential issues related with accounting process and continuously improve efficiency of process flow.- Tax forecast (CP-204).- Supervise statutory deductions and contributions which are MTD, EPF, EIS and SOCSO is submitted and paid on time.- Prepare monthly and annual report of management account.- SST Submission to Customs Malaysia.- Liaise with external parties that related to secretarial, accounting, financing and taxation.

- Handle full set of account and responsible in developing and establish accounting SOP as well as setupchart of accounts.- Manage full spectrum of account including bank, payable and receivable, fixed asset, reconciliation, taxation, accrual and etc.- Monitor subordinates in their respective job functions to ensure operations run smoothly and comply with procedures.

- Handle full set of account and maintain chart of account.- Prepare financial report and audit work schedule.- Manage reconciliation of bank, intercompany, customer and supplier to identify as well as correct discrepancies.- Deal, Compare and Negotiate with supplier price to save company cost.- Oversee Accounts Payable to ensure all invoices and payments are managed effectively.- Ensure Accounts Receivable processes are efficient and all debt is collected in timely manner.- Prepare tax forecast for IRB monthly instalment.- Submit GST report to Custom.- Proper record to accounting system and maintain filing documentation.- Handle property in terms of rental, repair and maintenance.- Liaise with real estate agent and tenant in terms of rent advertisement, agreement, renewal, complain, and termination.- Liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker and other third parties.

- Performed auditing work in accordance with rigorous auditing standards and principles.- Obtaining all necessary audit paperwork, and research for factual and documentary findings.- Prepare, analyze and present audit summary reports to address and close audit findings on timely manner.- Conduct statutory audits.
