Consulting public sector, private sector as well as civil society organisations in different countries in building sustainable stakeholder collaboration processes and training them in participatory approaches.Areas of involvement: • MENA region, especially in Tunisia on water governance, implementation of round tables with local farmers and water user associations with the aim to establish a Water Forum in the region of Kairouan for an Integrated Water Resource Management.• Nepal: Supporting the GIZ Trade Promotion Programme in training and consulting the Government of Nepal and the private sector to better implement the Nepal Trade Integration Strategy (NTIS) designed to foster Nepal’s inclusion in regional and international markets.• Germany: Consulting the GIZ and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation & Development (BMZ) on designing a stakeholder collaboration process to prepare for a partnership for sustainable textiles (textile alliance). Training workshops with over 70 representatives of companies, business associations, trade unions, civil society, and government to assess previous progress made in relation to sustainability in the textile sector and the objectives for a German textile partnership.• SADC Region: Consulting SADC 3P and GIZ on an engagement process and the organisation of the first Public-Private Dialogue Forum, which is aimed at engaging stakeholders, facilitating structured communication between public and private actors in Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), thereby strengthening the efficacy of the PPP approach to achieving infrastructure development in the SADC region.• Facilitating international multi-stakeholder and leadership workshops and training participants in stakeholder collabaration approaches.• Writing proposals for diverse development projects (participatory approach and leadership).
