Lianes coopération c'est 11 salariés, 3 bureaux, 200 acteurs accompagnés, une quinzaine de programmes d'appui et de soutien aux acteurs, un fonds de soutien régional, une trentaine de pays et 17 thématiques concernées par les actions pour un construire un monde meilleur !

In charge of european youth policies, and especially of the Structured Dialogue between young and decision maker. I'm in charge of the monitoring of this process in France: training, political advocacy, leading National Working Group, analysis of political state of play, financial and administrative management, project support, communication, e-learning contents edition, ...

My mission in Archipelagos have been to provide assistency to the management team in order to set-up a new approach of Youth and Educational aspect of their work. This work aimed to enable them to increase quality aspects of volunteering and students projects. For that I have been in charge of: - An associative diagnostic - The establishment of a detailled proposal - The implementation of an objective based mentoring system - The creation of new internal administrative and financial process - The monitoring of European Policies evolutions in the field of Youth, Education, Research and Environment - A work on projects and teams restructuration, the development of new road maps for research projects. - Preliminary phase of a permanent evaluation system. Archipelagos is an Institute of Marine Conservation dedicated to the conservation of the Aegean sea Biodiversity.
