• Provide technical support and critical solutions that cannot resolved by First Level Support (FLS) for 48 Principals including JTI.• Ensure solutions quality and maintain Developer’s SLA by completing solution testing that follows standard BOSNET procedure in timely manner.• Improve operational standards by proactively identify operational issues’ root cause and propose permanent solution.• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Project, Developer and Supports teams to understand client requirements and deliver well-suited solution.• Support more than 100 users and able to resolve more than 300 tickets within 5 months.

System Analyst for Financial Book Planning Applications• Conduct comprehensive business requirements analyze and design best fit solution, plan and lead meticulous preparation for proposal submission that replace legacy system.• Implement new integrated solution, provide extensive hyper care to ensure smooth transition from legacy to new system.
