My diverse industry exposure spans the banking, automotive, couriers, and software development sectors, where I have gained direct hands-on experience in various aspects of Information Technology and digital transformation. My expertise encompasses cutting-edge IT concepts, digitally disruptive technologies, and their application in driving digital transformation.Currently, I hold a pivotal role at Amana Bank PLC, Sri Lanka as senior manager and MidCom Member. From its inception, I have played a vital role in establishing the bank's IT infrastructure from the ground up as the Head of Digital Development & Automation, I am responsible for providing strategic recommendations for enterprise IT initiatives, policy development, and the digital journey of the bank. Additionally, I am a member of few board level and top management level committees and regular invitee to the Bank CIO Forum (BCIOF) as the deputy to the CIO.Throughout my career at AMANA Bank PLC, Sri Lanka, where I was awarded with the below honours.1.
