Nature of work: Head designer of the company Attend to client’s briefing. Responsible for client presentation and design proposal. Do on-site measurement and surveys to ensure accuracy before planning and working drawings for documentation.  Creates and prepares layouts, planning and constructing drawings for bidding and design build purposes. Evaluates drawings for completion to update contractors for progress, discrepancies and schedule. Prototype inspection and review on fit in back walls, gondolas, material boards and loose fixtures for approval. Provide project budget and costing from suppliers, sub-contractors and client. Store Inspections during on-going construction/renovation to ensure that the drawings are accurately and well implemented on site to meet client’s standard. Project meeting with Client and Contractors. Site management and full project coordination.
