• Handles water service applications, as well as handling customers’ concerns, inquiries, and complaints. Ensuring that all customers’ concerns, inquiries and complaints are given essential feedback and solutions.• Coordinates with other departments to assist technical concerns, including but not limited to water meter-related activities, such as installation of water service connection, water supply issues, and leak repairs.• Coordinates with other departments to assist concerns regarding their billing, such as conducting analysis and investigation due to abrupt increase/decrease in consumption, unposted payments, and failure of receiving monthly water bills.• Monitors all proposed accounts’ corrections and ensures that these are rectified in their accounts’ system.• Prepares accurate and detailed monthly reports for the department assigned to stay up-to-date to the best practices of the company.• Monitors job orders and contractors' payroll.
