During my student years I developed skills in communication and leadership thanks to the experience that Toastmasters gave me by participating in different speech contests and also organizing them, working at Cinepolis gave me the opportunity to put into practice my knowledge learned in Toastmasters to have the right treatment with the client that many times you must have when working in any company, the years that I was there I learned everything necessary about teamwork, good communication and the responsibility of an important position, working at Office Max was a pleasant experience and different, I learned about marketing, labeling and cleaning the areas in which I am in charge, reinforcing my skills in customer service and putting my knowledge into practice with the technology equipment that the store sold, after that experience I worked for EXI, a company dedicated to the sale and rental of multifunctionals where I learned to give m general equipment maintenance, networking, technical support and troubleshooting, and lastly I was working for a company called Teleperformance where my main activity was to be a bilingual agent where our main market was USA and Canada for car rental, where the best possible customer service was provided.
