Most service could be completed same day via remote software or house call.In 2011, we expanded support to small businesses. Started out as a contractor learning and installing TransCores newest tolling system, Infinity. The environment consisted of a Windows embedded and RedHat Linux distribution. During training, worked with the build team to assemble and install equipment. Began coming up with processes and writing scripts improve the speed of installation. Successfully cut installation time from 1 hour per device to less than 10 minutes. After the first site was deployed; began monitoring and providing software maintenance (updates, patches and configuration changes). Became somewhat of a lead position assisting in training of new representatives.

(Guardian Life Insurance, Genzyme, Wright Patterson AFB, Washington Mutual, and Givaudan Flavors.)Tasks included Active Directory Issues, AS/400, printer issues, third party software support, Citrix, DNS, Proxy, network connections, and break/fix issues. If I wan unable to fix the issue in the amount of time given, issue was sent up to the next level.
