The remit of project was to replace the existing tactical PL/SQL package with an ETL system, making the process more transparent and efficient. As Lead Developer, split the package into separate logical steps and replaced hard coded values with lookup tables. Deployed an ETL system consisting of various mappings across multiple workflows; system integrated various test and survey data, assigned them to certain reporting time periods, aggregated them through staff hierarchies and inserted MI and metadata into output tables. Working from specifications for various data feeds, delivered a suite of ETL workflows that provided data validation, populated a staging environment and archived the original load files.
