Njera Keith Email and Phone Number
I wield a unique DEIJ philosophy and radical approach to social justice that is rooted in global material analysis and informed by historical precedent. I am a ferocious advocate for transformational change because I genuinely believe that, together, we can reconstruct our world. I go deep and invest long term with institutions, organizations, businesses, and individuals that are interested in shifting their structures, cultures, policies, and practices toward alignment with anti-capitalist, anti-racist, anti-imperialist, queer affirming values. The result of this work are radical commons that add immense value to our society and stand in support of on-the-ground movement work. I offer a wide range of services that I prefer to package comprehensively in the interest of producing scalable models that can serve as an example for people who claim that revolutionary ideals are out of our reach. I build long-commitment political education programs, cultivate recurring gathering opportunities that support mental health, connectivity, accountability, individual expression, and celebration of marginalized identity, organize cooperative efforts to ensure equitable socioeconomic outcomes, and facilitate events that promote joy and offer the experience of belonging. Ultimately, my experience lends itself to developing strategies that maximize the positive impact of well resourced institutions on the political, economic, cultural, and interpersonal experiences of people subjected to systemic oppression.

Equity Trainer & Movement Sustainability ConsultantWest Fund Aug 2023 - PresentEl Paso, Texas, United StatesI observe West Fund activity, programming, community, and culture. This supports me in developing political education and equity curricula that is specifically suited for West Fund. I guide West Fund through a political education program that includes study groups, disruption containers, and a retreat in an effort to help staff develop a new perspective that accelerates West Fund’s disentanglement from anti-Black racism, the Non-Profit Industrial Complex, capitalism, and reform. I host quarterly potlucks that offer West Fund the opportunity to present their learning to chosen community. This creates space for West Fund to better understand how folk outside their organizing spaces interact with the ideas I'm helping the organization implement. I make recommendations to West Fund that further develop West Fund’s anti-racist, anti-capitalist, anti-imperialist, decolonial, and reproductive revolutionary praxis. I share the responsibility of implementing West Fund’s chosen recommendations. -
Co-Founder And Director Of Cohesion400+1 Jun 2018 - PresentUnited States400+1 was founded to scale and sustain revolutionary efforts. Over the past five years, the federation has politically educated hundreds of individuals, redistributed reparations to dozens of Black families, housed, fed, and financially supported a dozen of its vanguard members, developed solidarity organizations for non-Black people resisting colonization and reparations paying allies, and coordinated actions that challenge marginalizing systems and influence the invest-divest behaviors of the people who populate and engage them.

I introduced coalition leadership to revolutionary principles, the foundations of effective organizational structure, and tools for long term envisioning and power building. My pride and joy is Trust Respect Access's Black Caucus, which I conceptualized and co-founded as part of my contractual role with the coalition.
